Officer Training Conference is an annual event for new Club Officers to gain the necessary leadership skills and training for the term workshop presenters relay valuable information and advice to the audience. Although this is mainly for new officers, members are encouraged to attend this event as well.

Similar to OTC, RTC is an annual training conference held in the summer as the new term starts to enlighten officers, leaders, and members. This event includes the whole region, so you will have more chances of meeting Key Clubbers from different divisions and clubs. 

CNH FRN is a fundraiser and the biggest spirit rally event of Key Club. Members from all of Northern California come to Six Flags and celebrate their contributions to our preferred charities (PTP / YES Initiative) as well as show off their Key Club Spirit. This event consists of a spirit competition where the divisions that cheers the loudest earns the prized spirit stick, and on LTG "auctioning" session, where the division who bids the most amount of raised charity money gets to spend the day with the respective LTG. 

DCON is held in celebration of the accomplishments of the individual key Clubber as well as the clubs divisions and Districts achievements. It is hosted at the end of  the district term, usually in March or April. Workshops are hosted throughout a three-day period covering training and service project information for elected officers. There is also a voting process for the new District Executive Board.
